Tasting Notes (6.11.2018) Rating: 7/10 A light bodied red wine. Dry in the beginning but subtle sweetness after it breathes. Tastes of cranberry and very sweet aroma of red fruits and rose. Possibly better with a light meal. Overall a pretty balanced red light red. I can totally see pairing this with a thick, dry aged, bone-in ribeye with an herbed butter. Burgundy – although enjoyable, I still prefer a Cabernet Sauvignon. But I actually like this better than the Côte de Nuits Villages Burgundy.
